Order Cancellation
Orders placed on www.buynotic.com may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
If you change your mind after placing an order, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
Eligible cancellations will receive a 90% refund of the order value.
The remaining 10% will be deducted to cover payment gateway and transaction processing charges.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed if:
• The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of placing the order
• The order has not been dispatched
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrance products, all products sold on www.buynotic.com are non-returnable once shipped.
After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Customers are encouraged to review their order carefully before completing the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged product and packaging
